Where's Part III. How long have I been gone?

If someone comes back a month from now and they're browsing through the end of Part II and they find the beginning of Part IV, they're gonna spend a long time trying to figure out what happened to Part III.

Trust me, you don't want a part III. It'd totally fail. IV is way better.

Actually that orange looks pretty good. However, it all depends how it looks in-game, there are subtle differences.
