Invisible lasers

is there a way to change that the rifle is shooting invisible lasers

Look in the effect for the laser, I think it's called com_sfx_laser_blue, then delete the lines calling for glow/self-illumination or whatever it is.

There's also a skin for the laser.
Open it in GIMP and just delete everything.
I'm not really sure if this would matter after what Taivyx said
