This looks very nice. I've always wanted an interior.
Anyway, from what I've seen, you haven't taken that many Rebel screens. Rebel screenies pkease!
Also, if you could make a vid of the hallways, then all of us here at GT could maybe give some feedback!
BTW, the lighting in the Cell Block, (the entrance to the Cell Block) is kind of dark and musty. Is this your settings? If not, could you increase the light and make it more, er, shinier?

The Interior really stands out! Especially the Mon-Cals, all it needs is some blending in of the textures. Its beautiful

Sorry guys, but no can do on that. It requires model work, which I can't do as of now. I'll have to buy XSI, actually learn the program (I only have a little experience with Lightwave), then pick up on several aspects of modelling I never learned. Besides that, I'm not an expert skinner by any stretch. So, I'm stuck with what I have or what I can get from others. I've stated this a few times before. I'll make this promise, though: If I ever do get to where I can actually model the stuff myself, I'll make another version of the map to include it.
Yeah, I could do a damaged bridge skin, if I put enough effort into it, but it'd definately look like something out of C&C Renegade. This I'd have to add to a later version, though, because of the amount of work involved. I don't want to cram too much into the beta itself.
To answer the lighting question, that's how it looks without modification, though it's possible I might have missed something when I added the DS assets to the world. I'm using a medium-ish detail level on that profile: no bloom, medium lighting, high texture detail.
...and I'll look into adding some Rebel screenshots. I've always had a fascination with the Empire, so I tend to play as them unless I don't have a choice. heh
I'll see what I can do on the R5, too. Speaking of which, does anyone remember where the R5 stuff is? I can't seem to find it now.

I may or may not keep Dragonum's bridge model. It all depends on when I get around to bugging someone to convert and skin the 3ds model I was shown, or if I end up buying XSI myself. I keep forgetting I have a little money now.

You could work on the burnt version of Dragonum's bridge (forgot which side it was) right now if you want, but, like I said, I don't know if I'm keeping it yet. When I get around to dealing with it, I'll give word.
Truthfully, the interior needs to be entirely remodelled. This is about as good as it gets for now, aside from the patchwork I need to fix up.
Everyone, please keep in mind this is a semi-canon map that I'm making. Not all of it will be 100% accurate, though I am trying to include what I can (if it doesn't detract in some way) in a reasonable timeframe. I've taken way too long on this thing as it is, and I have quite a bit more planned that's not really mentioned here. I'm not a master modder. I'm only human, you know.

Finding a texture will be a problem though. And I'm not sure if that model was already UVed.

Don't ever tease me like that again.

Thanks, though. That solves one problem for the short term, but I don't know anything about UV mapping, my general modelling and skinning inexperience aside. I think you told me at one point that it was UV mapped. I can only hope it doesn't take long to pick up on, because I only have 2 days out of the week where I can spend any long stretches of time on the project. College eats up most of my time after work now.
Oh, and here are some Rebel-oriented screens, per request.
fooling around in an A-wing
flirting with danger in an X-wing
Rebel: "Wait...how'd you know I was coming?!" Officer: "A guy at Gamestop told me." Stormtrooper: "What?!" Pilot: "I'm outta here.. Diet Dr. Pepper hackers.."
This is what happens within 5 seconds of spawning in the Imperial hangar. *cackles*

No updates, yet. Sorry. All I've done is try to renew experiments to get the underhand toss working. College is taking a greater priority, since I'm a bit behind, and it eats much of my time.
I don't yet know XSI very well, so model work is taking a back seat. I could do this, in theory, but I doubt it'll make the initial beta. It's something I'll look into for future versions.
