ya and i kept up with him till he got sinped then i found th real qlicth i ran around in the air until i got taken out by a missle lol

This has happened to me... You can stay on his head forever if you don't move... It not only happens on this map but on all I believe... I'm usually jumping down from something and accidentally land on another player and never really hit the ground.
