^ Its got some good features but, I like old school... and BFI is old school. BFII was a disapointment to me, but thats my opinion.

Doubt you'l get very much money for BFI though.

WOW! I never knew so many people played SWBF 1.

I haven't even played SWBF 2 so i couldn't give an opinion on it.

Though its good to hear so many people still play BF1, i thought i was a lone BF1 Gametoast gamer lol.

It is possible to use meshes from the space maps from BF2 on BF1.
I thought it would be cool to if someone made a space map (might even be me).

Also glad to know people still use my Halo mod, GO HALO!!!

I'm playing BF1 more due to bugs from the new patch for BF2, and I can't use the modtools due to using the dvd version...

I'm still alive and kickin'. I wish more maps were being put out. I apologize for not contibuting any maps myself but i just don't the time to learn how to mod and map or the programs.

meh, not your fault. No new maps, no new support (even for BFII ) oh well Battlefront I is basically dead.

Hopefully not for too long. Some of the other threads hint at a possible ressurection of BF1. Lots of people are too disappointed with BF2 so they may start back to moddingand mapping for BF1.

Unlikely. With the exception of this website, both Battlefront games are pretty much dead (BFII is slowly going though). I personally would contribute this to the lack of support offered by LucasArts. Oh well.

RDST, the above "statement" could have been right if Communities dedicated to Star Wars Battlefront I / II similar to those present on LucasForums and FileFront didn't exist...

The community might be there, but the developer isn't.

i dont have swbf2 yet...but i didnt like the demo. I still play swbf1 as much as i can but most ppl are all newbs so its not very fun...the only
reason id get swbf2 is cuz everones moved to it. but i'd take swbf1 anyday,and wish more ppl played it

rebel_scum: don't forget to use xfire to see who's online and playing what. Check out the clan thread about members' xfire names, too.

I know...I used to be on every day,but that was like a year ago...I have over 300 people on my Xfire buddy list and the last person i saw playing swbf1 was TAW_Jimwalker and i joined his server immidiatly.

I just wish we could convert the swbf2 maps to swbf1, I think that would bring more ppl back to swbf1

wow, you guys are giving swb2 a hard time. I think both games are awesome my only problems with swbf2 are
-no prone
-wonky grenade throws
-aimer is too big
I still play swbf1 but there are no good servers anymore for it, so i just play single player.

ya i no wut u mean when there isnt really any good servers.
although i play all the time but its only v 1.0 since i nvr really wanted to convert. Im sure if the versions were mandatory then there would still be a lot of servers. not to mention noobs everywhere

If you want good servers to play online, use v1.2 no one plays on v1.0 and definetly not v1.3 Beta.

lol yea, Im usually on the Cloud City only servers or other full ones with bots on hard
