Well, how do you?

we used to back in the day , (although i do have a huge secret directory on this site with all the maps and mods from years now) . I decided long ago , never to walk in anyones shado........oh wait. We dont offer map/mod hosting as they are a massive pain to update, upload, link to, change, move around, and then people just abuse the links and post them on their site anyways. Its better to use filefront or someone and just talk about your work here, this is more of a info/share forum site, no files...per say.

hey Silva, i dont think filefront hosts files for swbf the way they used to (like you send them a file and then they put in the swbffilefront mod map list. found here: http://starwarsbattlefront.filefront.co ... /Maps;4495
you might notice the newest maps on that list are from 2006.

What i do, is upload the file (map or mod) to my http://www.filefront.com/ account. Once you upload your map to your filefront account, then post the link in places for people to download, like here.

http://www.macxgamers.com/ still hosts swbf files (like mods and maps), just start an account post the link to your map in a new thread, and they will ask you if you want to make your map (or mod) available in the downloads section -- if they think its decent. - they have sweet maps and mods so its worth checkin out anyways.

He's saying people link directly to the files from their pages. Basically using us as a file server only.

lol, yeah my bad. Thats kinda what i figured. but it sounded like you guys had the mother load of BF files since the dawn of gametoast and BF that would be sweet.
