Capture and control regions not being recognized

Basically my map keeps on crashing because it thinks I havn't done the control and capture regions.
Here is the error mesage I get:

The CPs all have the correct names in the right places and I've tried deleting them and starting again but no success, any ideas?

Are you sure you put them in "object instance" in the right of ZE?

yes I did, but earlier I just deleted the regions and put new ones in, so i'll try and see what happens when I re-enter the names into the CPs

EDIT: nope didn't work
