XSI Basics Guide

Hello I am trying to download the XSI Basics Guide because I don't think the Basic Modeling in XSI tutorial is the most efficient way to model 
but I can't seem to download it at all, or view it in my browser. I have tried on every machine in my house, and it always stops loading/downloading for some reason. 
Would it be possible in any way for someone to upload a mirror to it or something?
Also I put this here because its 3D modeling and it doesn't seem to fit anywhere else.
