ive read the tut and faq on this but i just have a few quick questions, EDIT: when i scael down the msh.option file it changes my trooper but not in the way i want

my person doesnt get shorter he just gets really skinny, how do i get him short this is my odf

do i need to like scale the animation,or do things to the odf, change more then just the msh.option files?
