Mm, the blur is too defined. You need to kinda fade the blur to get the melting butter effect.

This really isn't Graphic art, but it's a Picture that I took in the Vatican that was really blurry:
I thought it kinda looked cool.

It's not very good cuz I need to get better with paint and gimp but here it is
