do you mean
C:\>ping yahoo.com
Pinging yahoo.com [216.109.112.135] with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 216.109.112.135: bytes=32 time=204ms TTL=56
etc...
if so, you can 'fix' it by unplugging (or disabling) your network connection.

The rules state that you are VERY encouraged to post how you fixed your problem, so if anyone else that has this problem comes along they know how to fix it without having to ask.

Off-topic : Jabba' is right, swbf_lase, else the current sub-forum would have never been added if it couldn't provide "helpful" and "constructive" elements to GameToast members watching or posting questions inside it. But in your case, it wouldn't be that surprising if the visible Technical Issue you faced so far was caused by either a wrong syntax of the URL's you must have typed inside one "Command Prompt" Window, or related to the Calculation Time required by the Microsoft© Windows Utilities dedicated to such a task...

Off-topic : I cannot believe that your past problems could have been worked out so easily, swbf_lase, but I nevertheless thank you for having provided the whole GameToast Community an answer which might help some of its members in case they would face similar "Difficulties" in the future...
