I put two of the geonosis caves in my map than I put a planning hub on either side of the tunnel opening and connected them and munged but the AI refuse to use them, I'm having the same issue with the hoth bunker. help?

Do you have connections leading to the hubs around the caves/bunker?

I'd also recommend adding barriers into the tunnel, and next to the tunnel, because otherwise there's a big chance that the AI will just follow the easy route.
