i have two questions:
1. How I remove the pink x-wing engine trail effect?
2. How to make glowing textures?

I were happy if someone knows that.

1. Change the ThrustEffect = "com_sfx_exhaust_xwing" lines to ThrustEffect = "" in the vehicle's ODF.

For the glow effect. I have not so much experience in XSI or hex'ing. Is that the only way or may is there a "trick" in gimp?

hex or xsi is the only ways i know. the easier way - for me - is hex editing. I always change the flags via hex.

Hm...ok. It's not so important. It only were better. I changed the models of a xwing with the millieum falcon. And if the backside would glow blue it might be perfect. Hmm..anyway I can texture it a bit bluer. Thx for the replies. The first one with the engine works well.
