Anything that you can't use from the BFX assets I will remake personally.

seriously, what stuff did you use from bfx? all the custom models ARC_Commander used were made by somebody else, hence the long credit list

True enough and there's not a difference between copying someone's odf in one go and copying it word for word, but for the effects at least it still stands, they can't be used.
