bone_ribcage is one, I think... Ask a modeller--they'll know more than me. :)
i've actually been wondering about this for some time now...is there a list or doc. or something with the different names of different bones on a soldier? the same is true with hardpoints on weapons and vehicles. and if there is no doc. or anything, can people post names of different bones they know of?

thanks in advance...this would be very helpful

Just search through the hex file. You can find most of them by searching for "hp_".

EDIT: Whoopsie. I meant "bone_." Guess it wouldn't be very helpful to search for "hp_."

These are the bone names for the rep_inf_ep3trooper which uses the human skeleton common in most units, but some units may have slight variations in their names (check the msh files for their correct names), there's also roots and effectors for each bone chain that you might also be able to attach effects to, you'll just have to experiment with it, you can search for them in the msh file (root, eff).
