dose anyone know where i can contact ARC_Commander (the maker of bfx) i need his permission to releass a mod i am making any thing at all would be great

There's something called a "PM". If that doesn't work, try to find him over Xfire.

He hasn't been to GT in almost a year, so he'll only notice a PM if he's got email notification on. But yeah, that's the first thing you should try.

Actually, e-mail notification has been removed. Too many e-mails getting sent to false/ fake/ nonexistant accounts and being bounced back.
Unless he has an e-mail address linked from his profile, there isn't any way to get ahold of him.

I do believe that in his asset readme (if I'm thinking of the right person, AND if that's why you need to pm him) there are guidelines to when one can use his assets:
-Not continuing BFX
-and others that slip my mind
I may be thinking of the wrong person/ pack though.

2. If you are planning to make a mod that uses assets from BFX, please contact me on GameToast via PM and ASK MY PERMISSION.

Ah, didn't know that. I thought ol'e guru threatened to ban and send nasty pictures to all those with false e-mail accounts
