It stays at the bottom of the forum, out of the way, and it's still open for people to look at. Your thoughts appreciated. It might also give people some insights into how large mods get put together and how they fail/succeed.
Personally, I'm in favor of this.
I'm not a moderator, but I've been here for years and appreciate a blast from the past every once and a while.

I hadn't looked in the forums yet, was too sleepy, I meant it's nice to see them in the index.

Try browsing them now. I adjusted the permissions to what they should need to be.

Only the 607th forum works. The rest I'll have to manually change permissions for as it's not copying things over like it should. Admins can access it all (obviously), but the permissions aren't trickling down correctly for the rest of the forums.

Don't worry about it. Instead of adjusting forum permissions I just adjusted it on a user-group basis. I just gave all registered users the ability to see the old forums and tested it out; it works fine that way.

Unfortunately, Tean's still right. I can only get into the 607th boards.
EDIT: Nevermind. Patience is a virtue.

Yay, and there are some I guess were hidden before I joined...

I'm going to look at them right now!
Also, about the topic itself, putting "solved" just doesn't seem right because it wasn't a problem. I don't know what to put

Just out of curiosity, why don't we do contests anymore? I don't think we've done one since right after I joined.

Probably because the community isn't as active. I would participate, Marth would participate, but I don't know who else would.

That's weird since I was just thinking of a 'use any media you want and design a new Star Wars character' contest. Wonder if anyone would play

I play well. Not sure how I'd do against someone like Dohnutt though. Haha.

If there's enough interest for another mapping contest I'd totally dig up my modding stuff and join in.
