Go into the MODNAME.sky file. I think it's either the Near/ FarSceneRange or the Angle options that adjust the skydome.

Do you know what I must adjust it too?

Is this is a custom sky file or is it taken from Geonosis? If it's the later then the problem might just be that you don't have the background textures that Geonosis' sky file calls for.

For what to adjust the angle to, just do something lower than it is now.
Either that or it's what Era' said

Era - It is the .sky file taken from Geonosis and I am missing one thing for the dome, it isnt in the Geo -> world1 folder though.
Hebes - Thanks, I will try that out
BTW Era - The file I am missing is geo_sky_dome_arena
EDIT - Just adjusted the angle from 150 to 100 and still no change. I will try 50 now.
EDIT 2 - 50 wont even work.

Hmmm... my only other guess would be to try extreme numbers, like 1000 or -1000. If that doesn't work, then you're going to have to adjust the terrain/ skydome objects to cover up the void. Those I know can be moved.
