Hi all,

This are my first maps (that I intend to release). Here are the details (as of current):
- There are two maps, Forlis and Space Forlis.
- Forlis: CW and GCW.
- Space Forlis: CW only.
- Forlis has 1flag CTF and conquest modes.
- Space Forlis has Space CTF and Assualt.
- Phase 1 clones for CW era (both maps).
- Custom sides by Lagomorphia.
- Dome objects on Forlis (CW era)
- Minimaps for both maps.

This intrigues me. From the screen shots and details, you've managed to avoid almost every shortfall of a beginner's map. I'd like to beta test this.

Actually, allow me to explain myself: this isn't a beginner's map. You've clearly had experience with mapping. I see water, objects, vehicles, non-default sides, and a new sky. How many other maps have you made?

I've started 4 maps: but only really finished 2 - they were for BF1. And yes, you may beta test if you wish, Null_1138, sampip and Filipinio.

I'd like to know why their are MTTs in a space map. Just there for decoration?

Very nice for a first release, you may want to concider adding a bit more contrast to the terrain though as it looks rather bland.

I've decieded that I'll be uploading a public beta to Gametoast instead of distributing it to just the beta testers. I should soon have a link in the first post.

Wow, that looks really good for a first map. But I agree with Sampip, add some cover cuz it looks way too open IMO.

The Ship could be on the ground, and could deploy the MTTs via ramp, like in Penguin's old map.

This seems nice, but am I the only one noticing the elephant here? The big, green, reskinned, Geonosian prop elephant?

@ Grev. Maybe its meant to be some sort of crystal? In that case I thinks it looks perfectly acceptable.

That's what I assumed they were, but I think they could be done better - if they are meant to be crystals, I'd recommend taking a look at Skyhammer's enviro-pack models in the Released Assets forum.

Overall, it looks like you're off to a good start. There are certainly lots of things to be improved on in the ground map, but it is a WIP. :thumbs:

They are meant to be crystals. I need a better texture.
