OK the file size is 25MB and Wierd165 is beta testing I got some of his skins so how do I get them in my map

I thought of something like this before...except mine was gonna have 8 corners and it would only be for the sake of funny and glamour pictures 8)

Thank you all but 1st what does BTW mean 2nd I want new skins and I have some from weird 165 but how do I use them in the map and I am making other maps of 4 diffrent maps

ok here's the rea out and only one glitch/suggestion found!:
Read-Out of beta test:
-Fully compadiple with 1.0 and 1.1
-Glitch:AI units run into wall on Geonosis(path)
-You can destroy the Transport but it doesn't dissapear and you can go right through it.
-Fully loads ok
-A hero dies automatcally if you get victory or defeat for some reason
-Fully works with conversion patch ok
-On the edge of the map there's no phiysical barrier and u almost never die.
-Hero Spawn ok
-BF2 start-up ok
That's pretty much it.
i'll upload some screens later but other wise were good.

Ok there is no wall on the outside of the level and you fall forever.
Make a phiysical barrier there.
Also I thought I gave you how to put skins in-game tut or did I?
Because I would like to see my skins in-game.
Can I upload it onto filefront?
Iv'e got 4 screens and you could make the read-me sounds goood egh?

Mhh, the gallery doesn't work for me. FileFront just keeps loading forever.
Anyway, that "four-terrains-in-one-map" is not a new concept but an interesting one. The only things that must be more or less innovative are the transition, since we all already know how Genosis, Felucia etc. look like. So, some screens of the areas where the areas interfere would be most interesting.

Wierd I love those pictures and yes uplod it to filefront and give me the sitename to put on 1st post and I will put your skins in if SOMEONE will tell me how to get skins ingame

Having had a second try, your gallery now works. And, unfortunately, I didn't like what I see. The transitions are way to abrupt. Maybe you should put some kind of energy shields between the areas to explain the sudden changes in climate. Or you have this map set as a training ground for clone troopers, so you would just need a Kamino-Inside Sky, and some buildings as border for both the map and the individual areas.

Nice idea Protector_Pulch. Kamino clone training facility. The shields from SWBF1 Naboo plains can be put on this map and then the map can be called Telos Restoration or something. There are blending tools for texture's and colors. Objects from different corners can overlap on the borders. There should be something in the middle of all four corners.

Skin Installastion:

1. Make your skin. It should be in .tga format and should be 512x512 pixels.
2. Copy the skin to C:\BF2_ModTools\data_***\Sides\### (*** is the world and ### is the side that you copy from Assets.). Note: Make sure you have the Common side in your side folder.
3. Find the .tga you want to replace and delete it.
4. Take your skin and rename it to the same EXACT name as the skin you want to replace.
5. Go to C:\BF2_ModTools\data_***\Common\scripts\*** and open ***&con.LUA. (& is the era)
6. Scroll down to this: ReadDataFile("SIDE\\###.lvl" and change it to: ReadDataFile("dc:SIDE\\imp.lvl"
7. Munge your world with the Common box checked and the side you edited selected in the drop down menu. Note: After you munge common and the common side you don’t have to remunge it for future side changes.

It is sometimes helpful to clean your side. Just uncheck common and clean the side. If you clean common you have to remunge it. Cleaning helps bug issues.
