You mean the folders with the names of all the stock sides? They're there so that the stock sides have a place to go when you munge them. If you aren't changing the stock sides, they're just there as placeholders.

Alright it makes sense now,
How do I munge the hole map?

From the dropdown list in VisualMunge select "Everything."

Oh okay.
Do I press clean too?
Or do I leave that to the end?

No.

Also, if you're asking how to munge, you really should read the "Everything you Need" thread and the docs. That question is about as basic as they come.

Judging from your knowledge in modding, it tells me you haven't read a single Shipped documentation or anything in the FAQ. Go do that.

From the documents:
BF2_modtools.exe can be found in the root of the BF2_ModTools folder.
I can see a folder called BF2_ModTools inside BF2_ModTools but it wont open and says:

BF2_ModTools.exe-Unable to locate Component.
This application has failed to start because binkw32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

Again, read the FAQ at the top of this forum. It answers that and a bunch of other common questions.
