:(. Shame. I like this mod but the conversion pack beats it. I had a lot of fun playing Naboo Sewers with this thing :P.

One bug I found is that the first campaign level (Geonosis training thing) doesn't work because you need the sniper rifle to beat it, and the DC-17m sniper attachment doesn't count :P. Never mind, eh?

yeah.. conversion pack is awesome... (KIT FISTO FTW!!!!!!)

I'll probably end up making a map with these sides, but I'll still release the sides independently for people like me who like to play regular maps with uber sides...

Regarding the Conversion Pack - I've been thinking...

What if you were to make a side that used the conversion pack spawn names, that would overwrite the lvl files that the pack inserts?

I'll explain - say you make a fancy recon unit, and call it "rep_inf_ep3_recon", like in the conversion pack. Then, make all the other units in the pack, and add them to this mod. Then, over-write one of the Republic levels (eg. rep212th, rep327th, etc) with the new Elite Sides Mod file. Should work.

Another thing - how'd you get the Wookiee Wampa attack to work without mutating the Wookiee?

hah! I h4x!

No, it's mutated, go into freecam and look at it (knees especially).

I'd need to talk to tean about ALL the names... and work around his names - over-writing his names is what causes it to crash when the levels are loaded.

*still praying for kit's release*

Looks awesome! :D
Do you somehow "unpack" it or when you switch weapons you become stationary with it?
Can you please reskin those grip like things under the cannon black? I think the original E-WEB is all black

Nice work. Just wondering - what unit carries the E-Web? I normally put it on the engineer.

@Achronos: You drop it like an autoturret. It's just a normal turret once you drop it.

Doe sthe clone actually walk around with the gun as it traverses, or does he just stand there?

it's a deployable turret... it comes out like the autoturret does, and is stationary, so once the Clone rocketeer or the Imperial Engineer puts it out, any unit can use it til it blows up.

Which means that the Imp. Engineer can put six of them around a CP and watch as the AI mow down units :P

credit for the autoturret goes to syth.. though I modified it a bit (and the viewpoint/place the bullets come from and the aimer are WAY off (you aim with the bottom of the screen in scope mode))

I'm a little anxious about downloading it. It looks awesome, but I'm worried that I'll do something wrong and ruin the game. It happened before. I never fixed that problem. This thing looks like it deserves a trailer, though.
