Two water layers???

Well, I noticed ages ago that ZE lets you place multiple water layers (at different heights). However, whenever I do this....only one layer shows up. Anyone know how to get two different water layers to show up? (At two different heights). Need it to make a dam.

I suppose a workaround would be to make a water prop. Didn't someone make some ice assets before? I know Dann_Boeing used them in Jinglin' Town. You could get those and reskin them. Then, using teleporters placed on it's surface, you could force units to go under. I'll elaborate tomorrow, I'm being threatened with unconciousness right now.

Sorry if I was unclear guys: what I mean is two different layers in two different locations, not on top of each other.
