CP's Issue

In a map that I'm working on, it crashes do to an error that says that I exeed the maximum of 16 CP's. I have 14 right now, and I was planning to add more, and I'm not sure why its giving me this error when I don't have 16 CP's yet. Also, is there a way to get more than 16 CP's into a map or is it just another wierd maxium value that they put in. I'm having a similar problem with plans.

Do you have any CPs that are neutral or can't be taken? They might count as an additional CP. Also, how many spawns did you place in the map? That could affect the CPs I think.

Check all your layers. You might have a few extra CPs laying around that you don't know about. I'm not sure if the 16 limit counts all the layers or just one, but check just in case.
As for getting more than 16... I'm not sure it's possible. I don't even really see why you would need that many in the first place, to tell you the truth.

and, gunships shuttles (the transports) count as cps

most of the cps are neutral...and if u saw my map u would know why....strange, this happenned when i tried to convert it from BF1 mod tools, and it worked fine in it, but in BF2 there are all these new maximums they put in. they're gettin real annoying...
