The reason you could land on the CORE was I had put a landing region on that platform so I could stand and watch the AI do thier thing without getting shot or blown up..to ensure the AI armies could balance themsleves without human interference.
At one time I DID have a hangar system inside that monster..and when inside it you could see out and fly from it...but from the outside looking in it was blocked off. I have stated in several thread in the modding forums that Im still looking for a modeler to cut that hole out so we can use the interior space.

stager i LOVE ur map. when v1.3 comes out please put it on the 1st page (obviously on ur 1st post). if u don't know how just edit ur first post (easy as that) b/c i had to find to link to v1.2
stager u really are good. this map is SOOOOO perfect. Keep up the good work!!!!!!
oh and i just need to comment on that banned guy. The Radeon Xpress 200 card won't run this map. i don't get how he thinks his comp would be able to run it. He is in 6th grade though so i guess thats why. BTW it doesn't work well on my freinds comp. His comp is just a little better than that banned guy (sorry forgot his name) my freinds comp is:
emachines (same)
512 mb RAM (same)
don't know his speed
Geforce 4 MX (which is actually unsupported but he doesn't update his comp so he has old drivers that surprisingly work)
the only problem he has is a white backround and some lag. Don't take that info as telling you how to fix that which u can't. i just wanted to prove WHY that other guy couldn't play this map.

OFFTOPIC: I had a Geforce 4 MX to awhile back but then I upgraded to a Geforce 6200 which I ended up having to replay some of my games becaause of the graphics, its like playing a new game lol mainly on Republic Commando..

thats my freinds card not mine, but i know what ur talking about since iv played BF2 on his comp.
my comp has a Radeon X1300 PCI-E and BF2 looks SOOO much better on mine.

As soon as I work out how to make the (incredibly) stupid AI "LAND" in the hangars..Ill box this one up.
I finally stopped their(CIS Droidikas) suicidal charging out of the hangars every time a ship woul fly by...LOL.
Still working on it.

why? why would you NOT want to return? Also, for the republic, could you make that place on the ground where there are aircraft landable? AND: Could you add 5 fightertanks and 3 more hailfires?

Off-topic : Delta-038, Tao' has perfectly summed up what should have never been done on this bulletin-board... Indeed, telling me that our discussion regarding "Advanced Micro Devices processors" was "irrelevant", whereas an "[Off-topic :]" tag was used in front of each of the concerned messages, isn't much "constructive"...

Actually, it was NOT relevant to the topic because hardware has nothing to do with running a map, that has to do with personal issues involving ones own hardware.

oh and stager u didn't take out the gcw era like u said u did for ver. 1.2.
to remove an era u have to go into the addme.lua and erase all the lines that say "era_g = 1", "mode_con_g = 1", "mode_ctf_g = 1", etc. for every game mode you want with no Galactic Civil War, or vice versa with Clone Wars.
it worked for my map.

It's true, GCW was in 1.2
And could you fix that problem with the missing "victory sound"?
