Hey,

so I tried getting the XSI mod tool from different sites, from 6.0 to the current, and it always shows up the same whenever installing:

Error Number: 0x80040707
Description: DLL function call crashed. gdi32.DescribePixelFormat

Setup will now terminate.

Anyone got any solutions?

Searched it. Installed in Safemode, it worked. But what's C#?
