Can somebody help me with this error?

I've been trying to make a map for Clone wars conquest and I get "FATAL: could not open MISSION\GCCc_con.lvl" error and the game crashes. I've been using stock props and sides and the munge logs show no errors, so I have no clue where to go with this. I get a similar error with essentially any maps I make and try to play. I know the game seems to have problems with Windows 7, so could that be the issue or is it something else?

Downloaded it, used it. Files updated properly. Then I munged two new maps, land and space. None worked.
