How do you make a unit or weapon model "shiny" ingame? I haven't been able to find a tutorial (or i'm just looking in the wrong places)

Well, if you read what I had wrote, you'd have come across the word "specular" when I was talking about the models.

A quick search of "specular" brings me to this topic on the first page.

There's also the following:
Yay, the "taking-advantage-of-the-material-settings-supported-by-SWBF2" trend has unofficially caught on! Take that, sharpened textures! :D

Yeah, no kidding! It isn't often that I see weapon models that have real, reflective (glossy, moreover) scopes instead of those ugly fake ones, or just fake reflections/gloss on any model for that matter! Fake looks ugly and it could look so much better!!
