Umm........NO, that is NOT what I'm(we) are talking about, that is version 1.0 as it clearly states above, I already have that along with many others. Yes, the latest version is on upload now, estimated time to complete is about one hour. The file is called TEC-MOD 1.1.7z but I assure you it is the latest version posted in this thread (three seater ARC 170 and all that) I have not confused it with TEC II Revenge of the Republic (all the things for that mod are included in this one anyway) this is, as far as my sources, the complete TEC MOD -second version.
Should be providing a link in about an hour.

Yes.........YES! Excellent. Thank you for a job well done. You have single-handedly made my day, week, month AND year with this. It should(I'm trying it right now, might need to remove some files in side, I don't know yet.).
If some one is good at modding could you make side files using the TEC skins and weapons for :rep146th, rep212th, rep327th, and rep41st. I'm just asking cause if not we will just have to copy rep 4 times and rename them rep146th, rep212th, rep327th, and rep41st. But then they just have the 501st skins.
PS:BACKUPS! I forgot to make backups of the swbf1con.ver.pack sides tec changes so now I have to redo that. If your trying to make tec work with all of swbf1 remember BACKUPS(and that i'm not a pro.So use advise at own risk, i'm still working how it works)
-I back-uped rep41st-327th. And pasted in copies of rep(big size thougth)
-I back-uped infantry and removed from side folder(it is what adds the three new units)

Cause this was released after LW uploaded to filefront, so are they the same version or is that one more updated(it was released under the orginal creator's name).

That is the final version. Unless he(the orginal creator whos name I can't spell good) feels like he has to make more changes this was to be the final version(from what I understand)
