The missing localization is because the game doesn't recognise the name for those troopers.
The floating icons is a mystery for me, because I solved them on a map about a month ago, did the same thing here, but they didn't go away. I even triple checked to make sure I did them the same, but they just don't work.
EDIT: Coley, in your pic, it the waters clear like Kashyyyk water. But when I play, it looks like Phazon.
EDIT2: Okay, expect a few more copys of the beta, because I thought I was almost done, but I just got a monstrous idea. And aayla looks best with one saber. DRK, that's like saying yoda looks good with four arms and two lightsabers.

Hmm, just gave it a spin and it's very good, actually! Much better than I thought, tbh

The map plays well and the sides are pretty evenly matched. Just a few nitpicks and bugs for you to sort out:
1. I'm guessing this part of the map is meant to be unaccessable (it's the part near the Interior Mygeeto building) . If it is, it doesn't look it, there's no foilage and the height isn't blended. A few droids go up there every now and then and get stuck in the hole... you might want to put some barriers in.
2. A few floating objects (again, near the Mygeeto building with the interior).
You did pretty well with objects on this map, I couldn't see many issues here.
3. The Mygeeto Interior building (lots of glitches near here lol) has a LOT of barrier issues. People keep trying to walk through the windows, and a lot of units get stuck here, specially the CIS.
4. What's up with the red smoke? I found it randomly around the map, why's it there. If you want this to look ep3 realistic, I'd remove it, or make it a different colour. Red does certainly not fit lol.
5. Please, please,
please change the environment and fx!!! The view distance is too short, I can hardly see ahead of me, and that's not what it was like in episode 3. The whole map is covered in this sort of musty green fog and with the lighting and view distance, all you can see is a turqoisy green fog that shrouds the objects. Please increase the view distance and change your lighting to something a bit darker and less green, I guess. This is all IMO but I'm not too keen on the current fx.
6. Aayla Secura plays really oddly, her combo doesn't look right and she doesn't have double jump. She does this long, fast, high jump which you can't repeat, and normally launches you onto a nearby tree. You might want to change her combo to that of a single bladed jedi and make her jump 'normal' again.
Anyway, after all that moaning, I did think it was

impressive for a first map and I enjoyed it

Well, I may change aayla's jump so it doesn't go as far, but I always thought that jumping more than once was not star warsish. The mygeeto interior; Completely fixed, I deleted all the planning in there and replaced it.
And that place in the first pic... I was going to develope it, but the it came over me that the map was big enough.
I don't know how to make the sky and fx let you see farther. I tried but couldn't find what to do.

View distances are handled through the NearSceneRange values in the world's .sky file. There's a link in the FAQ to a thread discussing it, and if you do some digging on psych0fred's site you should find a topic explaining what each value controls. If you have trouble understanding it, don't worry - just play around with the numbers to see what happens. A good place to start from is to use the settings from another stock map with a higher view distance.
The green fog in Felucia is also controlled through a line in the .sky file (FogRange). Fog is a bit easier to work with since there are only two values: start distance and end distance. The start distance is how far away from the player the fog starts to color objects, and the end distance is how far away from the player the fog entirely colors objects. You can also control the color of the fog through a line that's usually near the top of the .sky file. The first three values in that line are RGB for color, the last number is saturation (I think).
Edit: Whoops, I gave some bad info for FogColor, there are only three values, RGB.

UPDATE
Now, it's about 92% done! I gave all blasters the atte laser explosion and it looks really cool. Sides; 99% done! Just need to make so the explosion isn't green!
Localization; 0% done. I don't have a clue how to do it, but this map's not coming out until I finish that.
Floating Icons; 0% I'm having major difficultys with this.
And should I have BFX?
