Adding Locals question
Hey I was looking for a tut on GT on how to add locals, but in Geonosis Spire, there was a spawn path that was called "GeoSpawn01". It was called for in the Spire CP in the "AllyPath". Is there a way how I could add locals by adding a path and calling for in in the allypath section? Sorry if that is confusing.

How would assign the locals to the spawn path?

Yes, you can have up to eight teams (two playable) if I recall correctly.

If by the spawn path you mean by the AllyPath, you just need to set up the teams (especially who are their enemies and friends) in you LUA like I told you before. If a team has control of that CP, any team allied with that team will spawn at that CP on the assigned AllyPath. Is that clear enough?modmaster13 wrote:How would assign the locals to the spawn path?

Sorry I am a slow learner.
Ok, I added a "JediSpawn01" to my allypath. The Jedi still aren't showing up. I'm pretty sure I didn't call for it in the LUA correctly.

Remove all the -- lines in front of the jedi setup section, a -- forces the Lua to ignore that line.

That Didn't work.
I called for the path "JediSpawn1" in the "AllyPath",
"JediSpawn1" is in a layer called "LocalSPAWN" I have it configured to show up in every game mode.

You also need, among other things, the following line:
This is necessary in order for Team 1 to recognize Team 4 as an ally.
