Hello modders and mappers, here is Indytotof.

As you can see in the "Glamour Skin" topic, I've make my own Phase II Captain Rex.

Here is a pic from SWBFViewer0.03:



The only thing I need to know is how to add a pauldron, a kama, an antenna and a jetpack on him. I think I know how to do, by using the Override texture (since this unit is Override texture capable).

Did I can export an hair style from an unit to another with those tutos ?

What do you mean with hair style??? You can take any chunk from one msh and hex it to an other. That's what the tutorials are about

The hair of one unit (one of the basic jedi unit for exemple) to another unit (Asajj Ventress for exemple).

Hair isn't usuallly a separate mesh, so no.

The only separate Hair meshes I can think of are the ones used in the Convo Pack, used on Xizor, Mara Jade, and Aurra Sing.

Obi Wan from BFX has an seperate Hair, too

antenna added to Rex (i'm currently using another clone who I will used the Override texture on it who already have a pauldron on him). Only left the jetpack and the cape.

And I think how to proceed with the hair style I need for Ventress.

I keep you knowing the advancement of my Rex modeling.

EDIT : Cape and jetpack successfully added to Rex. Rex problem solved. A picture in-game of Rex will be posted here.

what? aint ventress bald? BTW rex looks bad,i think you should make the visor abit higher

On the upcoming Ventress novel book (adapted from an uproduced TCW episodes, so it's canon) Ventress will have hair.

And I've stopping my Rex creation, since he will not be part of my mod.
