I've been working for almost 3 weeks on one problem: the quarren's hand is not alligned with the trident, and the trident is about 2-3 inches out of it's grasp :(

I kinda changed the design of the map now. It's now a ravine battle, with land bridges connecting both sides. Here are some screenshots of the new design:

Wow, this looked more like a real life underwater ravines rather than a sinked city. Nice work! Though it doesn't really look Star Warsy now(for me), but when I think of it, it might the future battle that people of Earth will take.

I played the beta, it was cool but it seems that you still have a lot to do.

Here are the bugs:
- Can't fly or roll using normal units
- Can only jump 1cm
- Quarren sound like Obi-wan
- Kit sound like Anakin
- Menu's weren't localized
- Fall very deep but can't die
- Many units but weren't active enough

There might be more but I hope not. You might wanna add in some vehicles and death regions, add in a landing Acclamator at the surface. The blur effects are very cool but there are only little bubbles. You need to add in a Hunt mode, and is in intended for the quarrens to spawn as normal units since it is a hero character for the CIS.

Yeh I found all what Dep said. It also annoys me that Droids have DC-15's. Could you just give them an E-5 that has the same effect as the huge shots that are fired, except red. Like the droid pistol was. I couldn't really tell who was who at some points and ended up getting myself killed. :?

The map was fun though. I feel though that there needs to be a tad more units too. It is the Clone Wars after all. As said, they weren't really active, but you know. And Dep. He said not to worry about the Nulls as he knows about them already, just an FYI.

I'd also like to jump higher. And come on, these are scuba troopers... shouldn't they be able to 'swim' ? :?

Perhaps the vader/emperor float jump thingy might work for the Scubatroopers "swimming"?

I know that he knows about the NULLs. But after pressing "Esc" the menu's weren't localize. Its like "common.yes.restart" or "common.*forgotten*.suicide". The moment I saw those, I laughed :lol: They should turn the "Respawn" button into "Suicide".

Someone did. Try Dann Boeing's map Realm of Chaos.
He changed the localization on everything, its really funny.
But anyway, back to the map...

Well, I took away rolling and jumping due to the fact that the animation is too fast and can't be slowed. While I could slow down running and sprinting, it's impossible to slow down rolling and jumping, so to have those in the game would sorta break the realism. Also, wouldn't it be hard to do any of those things under water? And as for the sound...I'll get to that a little later, I'm just testing for gameplay right now. As for the menus, I told you they would be like that, and it's due to a computer error, not my fault for not localizing. But don't worry, I'll get that fixed. As for falling deep but not dying, I just changed that. And as for your complaint about units, well, I kinda felt the same way, that they weren't helping out in the battle. I really don't know why they stay stationary sometimes, and I don't know how to fix that. I'll do everything I can to solve the problem.

@RevanSithLord: I will change the color of the blaster fire, and I kept the unit count low so that it could be played online. And about the jetpacks, I really need feedback from you guys about that. The reason I took them out was because I want there to be more balance between the sides. If I give one side jetpacks...well, I can't give droids jetpacks...so that complicates it. If you really want jetpacks, I can do that.

But guys, overall, tell me: was the map cool or not? From 1-10, what would you give it? And do you think it's ready for release (after I fix all the bugs)
