Dunno. Future Shop will be opening at 10:00am this Sunday, so... I'll prolly just get there at like 9:30am and see if I can get it. Hopefully. Something tells me that they'll be sold out before I can get one.

Yeah, I'm camping out for it with a bunch of friends, not really sure if I'm going to get a launch game seeing as it's backwards compatible. If I do it'll be Twilight Princess. One of my friends is going to go for the candy shelf and pick up a box of Junior Mints and scream: "This is what I waited 12 hours for!"

Im getting there at 3 am sat morning, not sunday morning but sat
im gonna chill at walmart all day and and at 10 pm im gonna get the elusive Wii ticket thats lets me purchase my console at 12:01

well i'm not lineing up. Pre ordered one and i'm gonna wait til christmas to open it so i have something exciting to look forward too

The Wii is officially released in North America. But, I don't think I'll be getting mine today
That's okay though. Prolly tommorow...
Gonna sell my:
- GameCube + A couple games + 1 controller
- Both N64's + All the games for them + controllers

I'm thinking I'll be getting over $100... Maybe $120 if I'm lucky. And that way, the Wii will only cost about $140 for me.

Yeah. Actually, I had the same thoughts. Though, I wanted a computer, not a laptop. I really want to play LAN SWBF2

Anyways, I MIGHT get my Wii today. It' already 12:40 and prolly all the Wii's are sold out, but I might try sometime today...

My only concern with the laptop is that its keyboard is sticky and the buttons feel like they are really stuck and not loose as keyboards.

I HAVE A WIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!!!!!
Just picked it up like two hours ago and i gotta say, its totally sweet. The controller is darn near perfect and i havent encountered a single problem w/ it in the two games that ive been playing so far (Wii Sports and Zelda)
i might post some pics of it later showing size comparison ect if im not too busy

With flash or no flash? I hope Nintendo realizes that if people like their games, then they should be able to allow players to take pictures or link them straight to PCs (USB connection?) to make videos. (Not that IT HAS to be similar to Sony and Microsoft).

Well, after a 26 hour wait with 22 degrees (Farenheit), I have the Nintendo Wii. The Best Buy I went to had 87 units, more than enough for 65 people. Most people there brought their DS, so we all played Mario Kart (Download Play) most of the night (I got stuck as the pink shyguy
). I brought some poorly translated games with me, so at two o'clock all I had to do was read the lines from it and people would laugh, quote, "I recorded seriously on the report!" I had the third ticket and I was the first out of the store, played Melee on the Wii when I got home and just crashed, woke up one hour ago
