as far as I know, there's only one version of The Dark Times II: Rising Son(it's that one, right?), and you can only install it to three different languages;
1 - english
2 - german?
3 - dutch?

It's in one language and one language alone - English. The installer .exe supports English, German, Russian, and Spanish, but that's only for the basic text in the installer, not any of the quoted or included documentation or the in-game text. The English localizations will show up in any version of the game, but it is not translated to any other language.

It's not serious but bad because I did not understand the story in the objective mode view I'm not so much in English as AC (see what zero means that 15 is not bad)
