Every time I try loading my map ZE will crash... The only thing I did to my map recently was some foliage work... The first time I noticed it wasn't working was at school today... Along with this it loads other maps fine so it cant be ZE... I cannot lose this map because it is the best I have ever done! What do I do to fix this?

Please o please help me.... I am seriously crying

All I get is a popup saying, zeroeditor.exe has stoped working...

Any ideas on how to get my map working again?

If you have Windows 7, try using compatibility mode; also make sure your administrator. I've had this before but it was on a map I didn't care about, so I just deleted.

Well thanks for being so positive... I can't delete this map, I won't let myself do it, it's just way to good. And no, I have vista, and at school I was using XP. Could that of affected anything?

I'll go try running it in admin and compatibility mode.

EDIT: No luck, I'm still getting the same error message... And please, everyone, I really need help here!

Do you get the crash on both computers?

There's an error with the map itself if you're crashing like that. What was the last thing you did before it started crashing?

Foilage work, because around the time when I posted my other topic "Black Foliage" it was working then, and I'm sure I haven't done anything else to my map other than that, although I have been messing around with my prp file and some model's, texture's and odf's that I needed for the foilage to work.

I tried opening my map at school (this is the day after I posted, "Black Foliage") and it wouldn't work then. The night before I tried opening my map in ZE at school was when I was stuffing around with my PC folder, the prp file, model's, tga's and odf's.

I really hope this helps anyone who might be able to help me!

Yeah, if it's a multi-machine problem then the map is corrupted. Not all is lost though. I don't normally like doing this, but if you'll do a full manual clean of your folders then zip up your entire /data_[map] folder I'll take a look at it and see if I can't get it working again. I won't take it if you haven't manually cleaned though. No point in downloading 300mb when the map is only 100, ya know? Anyways, send it via PM and I'll see what I can do. Can't promise I can even get to it right away (it's my 5th wedding anniversary this weekend ) but I'll take a look when I get some time.
