Laser Texture Problem

When I shoot on my map, the lasers just come out as big blue squares. Is this to do with the Alpha channel? I have the laser texture in the effects folder. How do I fix this?

are you sure? i believe is cmm_sfx_laser_blue, and yes i have the same problem with that texture and the new_blue, so i use the original laser texture and change his saturation modifing this lines:
LaserGlowColor = "0 0 255 255"
LightColor = "0 0 255 255"

so i suggest use these lines in you _ord.odf
LaserTexture = "com_sfx_laser_blue"
LaserGlowColor = "0 0 255 255"
LightColor = "0 0 255 255"
LightRadius = "5.0"

this work fine for me :D

I have had similar things happen.
Have you changed lighting settings and or added lights to your map in ZE?
What are your in game lighting setting at? Turn off light bloom, and lighting level to medium.

Does that get rid of the squares?
If it does then we suffer from the same problem but I haven't quite figured it out yet :(
