I don't know man. It could be too early to tell...also, I really think we should have Phase 1 clones on Geonosis. But that's just me.

Offtopic: I've been trying to post as a thanks, but I really can't think of anything to say! :music:

Ontopic: As I said before, a little more work, and this has the potential to be the greatest mod EVER. But, I think there is another problem I just found. For the 50st (50th?) Legion, the gunner seems to have the stats of a ARC trooper, while the recon has a chaingun. Um...is that supposed to be like that? Or is that just a glitch?

It's his localization. I think it's in one of the files you replaced for installation.

well yeah because i search put chaingun but i don't know to which unit, and as ARC have his 2 m5 westar so well chaingun for ARF xD, and yeah i was thinking and for next patch i changed name to some more original:
50X Elite Squadron
ELITE: because there are many elite units and different also with variety of weapons
Squadron: because the ELITEs never are one legion, always some more little like squad
50x: i love 5 number and well x as Extreme or as unknow squad like x :P

i think the droidekas are running and the shilde rejuvenate bit to fast
but i like it if i play as a droideka. :mrgreen:

and maybe you can add some more droids. i mean there are so much clones and so few droids.
(only a tipp)

can you make a list of the clones and droits you changed the granads??

i saw that the comandos have now sonic granads.
what about an air strick you can detonate from far away like the detpacks from the eneneer. becasue the comanos and arcs have realy often send coordinates to the ships in the orbit for the bombardement..

I found yet another...you guessed it! A bug! :cpu:

In Geonosis: Battlefeild, when you play as the 50th, the Geonosians will take the appearance of random clone troopers, with the same weapons and everything.

Thats all for bugs that I found.

i think this is a camouflage so that you don't know if this is you or an anamie.
i mean on other mods you can make this to e.g.: Dark times the Bothaner.

Probably a silly question, but who made the DC-17 in this mod? It's a very good model, almost looks ported from RC! :shock: :P

VF501 did.

And it was cast of as illegal/innappropriate due to it actually USING the RC textures (hence the strikingly near perfect resemblance)

Yet it's here in this mod.

and yeah in my legion (50th delta battalion) i added different grenades to everybody from BFX :D (i updated credits don't worry xD)

i don't know why is illegal i mean, Acemastermind used ORIGINAL TEXTURE FROM RC in his grievous with cape, and nothing happened xD, as i always say the rules are for everybody no ? so :P

but i think the head is a bit smal, isn't it?
i mean the RCs have Katarn mark2 and they are bigger than the normal from the clne trooper.
it would be better if the head is a bit bigger.

for the best RC: wepon from dev and skin from BFX

It's not OK, and if you have the opportunity to fix it you should. We won't "ding" you for it if you can't replace what you already have, but to set the record straight - don't use textures from other games if they haven't been released to the public. Yes, it's been done before - we haven't always known when it was done and even in the past we haven't been consistent on this line. In fact, it's not even in the rules (at the time of this writing), but it will be.

So from this point on, let me be clear by saying:

If commercial models or textures have been released to the public (in other words, their source files) then you are safe to convert them to SWBF1/2. If no source files were released you have ZERO permission to use them, and doing so will result in a 30 day ban.

Just so everything is 100% cleared up, can you define "released to the public"? Does that include programs that were officially released by the company that can rip textures from the game? I'm assuming that it just means "anything officially released by the company"?
