Here's my recent scoop:
-I traded a friend for a Rufflet, which I am now evolving into Braviary. Is this worth the time to raise it 20+ levels for the Braviary?
-Is Mandibuzz a good pokemon? I have a Vullaby at level 46 so it will take awhile to evolve it.
-Here's my planned team for the new Elite 4:
-Lucario
-Tornadus
-Scolipede/Durant (which is better?)
-Mandibuzz/Braviary (Bisharp if these two aren't worth the training)
-Hydreigon
-Darmanitan (possibly replaced with Reshiram if I train it)
Also, do any of you have any suggestions as to a good all-around pokemon to catch or to train? I am seeking an Unova pokemon to raise as a "new starter."

so far that is my plan (beat Gamefreak dude with lvl 65's cynthia beat me)

How are you battling Cynthia? She's only around in Spring and Summer, I thought. Did you screw with the time on your DS? If you did, I wouldn't recommend doing that, as it can screw up your White Forest or Black City. Also, Morimoto is really easy. I swept him without taking any hits from anyone but his Liepard and only using my level 52 Excadrill.

I believe thats when her friends come over to her place. I battled her this month without modifying the time.

She will show up for a first battle at all times until you beat her, regardless of what month it is. Also, you can only rebattle her in Spring, as she just talks to people in Summer.

Also, I'm kind of glad that Nintendo/Game Freak is downplaying the whole "Arceus is the god of Pokemon" thing, because honestly that was getting annoying. It makes absolutely no sense for a 10-16 year-old being able to own something like that, and not only that, there is an event in HG/SS that only activates if you have a second one. I liked the mythology behind the 4th Gen games, but when you write that these are the four best Pokemon ever you really don't give the future generations a chance, do you?

For those who haven't heard, the Pokemon website has a flash game that, after completing four levels, you get the chance to select one of the Eevee evolutions, which is then saved to your account on there. Once the Dream World is up and running, you can transfer the Eeveelution, which will have its Dream World ability, to your game. Toke me a good 40+ minutes or so to get my Vaporeon...

I hated that minigame sooooooo much. I had some slowdown and ended up wasting 2 hours getting the Espeon because the ball would push me into Flareon.

By the way, Espeon is the best because its Magic Bounce reflects all status and ailments back to the opponent who used them.

It's winter ingame now! Time to go outside, "mistakenly" grab a snow covered Trubbish and have some snowball fights!

Also, one of the houses in Icirrus is now able to be reached. When you get there someone from Gold and Silver is waiting there for you.

You know we can't actually find that Treecko unless we've seen one before, right? Judging from how the only way you can see one is to own one beforehand and the only way to do that is to import one you already own, it seems pretty pointless.

Oh and I already imported one a week ago, you can give it someone else if you want.

Funnily enough the Treecko trade went through.
Well, now we both have the desired pokemon so I guess the "trade" was a success.

Anyone here have a Tornadus they would want to do a quick trade and trade back with my Thundurus?
