Hello, and Welcome to Gametoast.
Do to the lack of information provided, I can only guess what your problem really is. If you could explain a bit more about what is different when you try to play the map, than what you see in ZE (Zeroeditor, the map editor).

My guess is that you either didnt save your map in ZE, so it looks like the default map, Or, you changed the terrain size and it was not changed to a number with the power of 2. A map must be one of theses sizes 128x128, 256x256, 128x256, 512x512, 256x512, 128x512, 1024x1024, 512x1024, 256x1024, etc etc etc. If a map is not one of those sizes, all buildings, props, and command posts will be moved and wonky.

Here comes the details. First I open Modtool VisualMunge and fill out world name, three letters world name and game mode. Then I create the world and open zeroeditor. I click on load and go to my folder with three letters. After that I go to worlds and open the three letters folder. Then I click on world1 folder, in that folder I click on world1. That how I get the world. I fix some objects and cps. I go to Modtool VisualMunge and cross common and munge the world. When it munge the world, I go to zeroeditor and save my map in: C:\BF2_ModTools\data_TCL\Worlds\TCL. When it have munge the world it say that open star wars battlefront 2 and play your map. I do that and the boring map is there.

You munged and then saved your map in Zeroeditor? You need to save it first, then munge.

When you say you "cross" common you mean you leave it checked, right? It's checked by default and you don't need to touch it. Also, are the files for the objects you're placing in your world's odf and msh folders?

What version of windows are you running? Windows Vista caused this problem awhile for me. (You're trying to say that the changes in ZeroEdit aren't showing up in-game, right?)
I eventually solved this issue, I can't remember the specifics of how I fixed it; I think a manual clean and remunge is an easy fix, though.
EDIT: Here's something that might be wrong: Did you copy the files for the objects you placed to your world's folder?

Ah, just to make sure:
What folders do you have inside data_***\Worlds\***? (Replace *** with your map's three-letter name).

You should have at least three: odf, msh, and world1. You might also have effects and MUNGED folders.
