First, let's get this out of the way:
While SWBF3 would be nice, and we would welcome it with open arms and a very large cheer followed by an even larger sigh of relief, none of us are legitimately speculating an announcement and neither should you. Don't get your hopes up. Again.

TW's thoughts:
Personally, I'm most excited for Tuesday (Especially from like 9AM to noon. Nintendo and Assassin's Creed, baby), but I'll be in the Caribbean during E3, so you guys will need to be my commentators.

So, my fellow GT members... Thoughts? Speculations? Comments? EXCITEMENT?!?!

Might watch. Honestly never have been too much interested before (possibly due to my technology being seriously behind the times :runaway: ) but I do see some interesting games.

Can't wait for the Nintendo Press Conference, I really want to see what this Cafe thing looks like. Hopefully they have a new Smash Bros. as a launch title or release a few months after, we need Smash Dojo updates again. :P

Also, with new evidence (Square Enix making a line of Halo figures labeled "Halo: Combat Evolved," OXM mentioning something about a "Halo HD" and "Halo Anniversary") expect some sort of Halo CE remake or port at Microsoft's conference.

Mass Effect 3, Battlefield 3 and Gears Of War 3 are the main games I'm looking forward. Everything else is just cool to see. I won't be able to watch it, but I look forward to seeing it on YouTube afterward.

From IGN:

Tuesday, June 7th
Gears of War 3 (Campaign) | 5:00pm
Forza Motorsports 4 | 5:20pm
*Super Secret Remake | 5:40pm*
Ms. 'Splosion Man | 6:00pm

Either this is the best troll by Microsoft yet, or Halo will be making an appearance.

So keen to see some Skyrim. I won't be able to watch it live, so I'll try download it after which also allows me to skip your hilarious TV commercials.

I think I speak for all the Star Wars fans here that I hope we'll get to hear something about SWBF3! I highly doubt it but there's always hope. Fingers crossed! LucasArts, don't disappoint us again!

On another note, I can't wait to see the new KotOR trailer. The game has really impressed me so far...

Three unknown games will be announced (crytek's (alias free radical before !) ), so let's hope star wars battlefront 3 is in :P .

Me and my bros are gearing up for next week. We're having a round table discussion tomorrow morning, so I might post some things from that. Otherwise, I'm gonna be watching all the big sites, G4TV, IGN, and now this year Machinima too. I might even break out the RSS Feed watcher thing I downloaded for last year's. Should be fun, considering all the big things coming out this year/next year. (MW3, BF3, ME3, Skyrim, Bioshock, Dead Island, SS3, Metro 2, RO2, and probably more I'm forgetting.)

Also, obligatory wishlist for news about SWBF3, Mirror's Edge 2, HL2: Episode 3/HL3, Borderlands 2, etc.

Mainly looking forward to Battlefield 3, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, and Star Wars: The Old Republic. Although it would be the best news ever if Lucasarts anounced SWBFIII, I really don't think that's going to happen, as it will more likely be just a demo of the new Star Wars Kinect game, which doesn't really interest me.

...but here's hoping :stormie:

While I'm excited for the chance of SWBFIII to be announced, I doubt Free Rad is still doing it with Crytek's management. If anything, and more importantly, it'll be Time Splitters 4. I so hope so.

I'm excited for the whole thing. Mainly Nintendo and their system. Sucks Spike isn't reairing the coverage in the evening, so I'll just catch up with kotaku, gametrailers, ign, and other sites.

E3. I can't wait. I usually don't watch the thing in its entirety, but it's fun to see what was announced and watch little highlights and snippets. I'm particularly excited for BF3, as I'm kind of hoping this is the show with which it'll show-up COD. *fanboy*

I'm most excited to see the new Bioshock game. Bioshock: Infinite looks like it's going to be a very fun ride, and it looks to be more story driven like the first game (although that makes since, because its the same devs as the first game).

If I said what was really on my mind, it'd probably be called out for megaspam. So instead I'll just say I'm really excited for Mass Effect 3.

The Old Republic also has booths, allowing people to create a character and explore Tatooine (which has apparently not been shown). I look forward to seeing some YouTube videos on how TOR plays, might make WoW's population drop a bit (although unlikely).

So there's some rumors floating around about Nintendo's Press Conference. There is a source that tends to be very reliable, to the point of describing the 3DS' specs perfectly months before it came out.

Here is what they saw, and what we'll be seeing soon. I've spoiler tagged it because not everyone wants to know what's going to happen. Then there's also the whole "could be fake" thing too.
Hidden/Spoiler:
Cafe renamed "Nintendo Current"
Runs at high resolution and good framerate
Jump in with friends game sessions instantaneously without waiting for rounds to end
Updates while playing due to a modular codeface
Controllers have physical feedback touchscreens which simulate textures to a degree
Looks like the Super Famicom

First Party:
Will launch with a new Mii minigame game
Mario Kart Current
Super Smash Brothers 4
Endless Ocean
Pikmin 3
Kirby (likely remnants of canceled Gamecube title)
Zelda Anniversary Collection
Animal Crossing "thing"
RPG thing
Current Kid Icarus
FPS Metroid that doesn't focus on Samus entirely
Loads of downloadable titles that they've been holding back for the Current. Some are remasters "aimed at today's youth"
Open World Mario instead of a hub world style
Another Donkey Kong Country

3rd Parties:
Dead Rising 2 with full features
Another Street Fighter 4 "Super" edition
Resident Evil 5 or a game that looks like it
Silent Hill Downpour
New Suda game, not No More Heroes
Spiderman Title
Shin Megami Tensei title
New IPs "some shooters and JRPGs"
Mecha game
SPOOOOOOORRRRRTTTS
Trauma Center: Current Crisis
Soul Calibur
Tekken
GTA V
Crystal Chronicles
Metal Gear Solid, female character
Cyberpunk game, may be Snatcher
Basketball game where the ball is on fire
Gradius
Another 3D Castlevania attempt
Metal Saga C (Tank RPG)
Contra Title: "Current C" (matches C logo in Konami video, this post came before that trailer by a few weeks)
Sonic game that looks like 06/Werehog
Something that looks like Fallout

Other:
Most of these titles will just be getting small clips but not much coverage
Wii remotes, balance boards, etc. will still work with it
Wii Shop points can be transferred if you have a Nintendo account
SD cards can be used to transfer games/data from the Wii

SSB4:
Confirmed characters are Pit, Mario, Link and Kirby. Some others are seen but could be assist trophies
Confirmed stages are a Mario one and a Zelda one
Nintendo wins.

(Oh, and if you go to quote anything in those hide tags, make sure it is also in hide tags in your post.)

I'm curious about this one, both about it being on the Wii, and them possibly choosing to announce it with the console.

I'm not sold on all of those titles being real, but still, looks like this new console might steal the show.

If that list is half true then nintendo will win e3. If they don't announce or show pikmin 3 or f-zero they'll be in some trouble. Having a new smash will help, especially with real online this time. In 2 days we'll know. Tomorrow all eyes on microsoft, Sony, and EA.
