Un-capturable command posts? [Solved]

This may seem like a lame question, but...
Why can't I capture CP's in my map? Or change where I spawn, for that matter?

well when you place the cp first open the odf so open the odf called com_bldg_controlzone_CTF

There could be multiple reasons why you cannot capture CPs in your map and change your spawn locations. You can help us narrow down the solution by providing more detailed information such as: what was the last thing you changed before the problems started to occur and errors from error logs. Asking "lame" questions won't get us anywhere.

So...just use the ..._CTF one instead of the regular one?
That's it?
EDIT
Okay. I just looked at my error log and found that all my CP's are missing capture regions.
Is that most likely the problem?

Okay...anyways, thanks for pointing out the error log, AQT. I completely forgot about it.

You only need capture regions to capture capturable CPs. The _CTF ones are uncapturable CPs. Do not use them in Conquest modes.

if you want to make cps no capturable just don't add capture regions or don't call for them in the object's properties. CTF_cps are no different than regular cps except they have different holos projected the reason ctf_cps are uncaptureable is cause they lack capture regions. so bottom line is if you don't add a capture region the cp (or any object for that matter with a capture property) will be uncapturable

Okay. I've fixed the un-capturable part (I'd neglected to add anything under the "class properties" box), so now I can capture the CPs. However, I still can't select my spawn point. Anything in specific I should post to follow up?

well if you want to spawn at your cp's go to path mode, and click new path. click around your cp and add path nodes. this is where your spawning at.
Name your path some name, lets call it "cookie_spawn"
next go into object mode, click your CP and under class properties find the spawn section. reference cookie_spawn there
unless something went crazy and your entire map is somehow messed up, it should work.

I know that...
What I mean is, I can spawn, but I can't select what CP to spawn from. I've already referenced all my CP's with the spawn paths (cp1 to cp1_spawn, etc.). I just can't choose which to spawn at ingame.
