My screenshot button has always been iffy and used to only work like 50% of the time. Now it seems that my screenshot button does not work at ALL. Every time I try to take a screenshot it doesn't work, my screenshots don't show up in the folder. Has anyone else experienced this/can anyone help me? Thanks.

You sure you hit the
Prt Sc button and then checked
Code: Select all
C:\Users\DHX2\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\LucasArts\Star Wars Battlefront II\GameData\ScreenShots
That^ folder for the pictures?
If that still doesn't work, I would recommend downloading
Xfire for screens.

Could the folder be full?

Problem solved. It's what I've used for 15 months, since my Prnt Scr button didn't work on my old computer. I still use it now since it's easy and convieniant. Oh and Xfire is really bad for taking screenshots in my opinion. You have to press 2 keys(shift + s)rather than 1, which is just way too complicated for someone of my attention spa...

You open Xfire. Press tools/options. Hit Xfire In-Game. Then, just change the screenshot key to the key you want. (I changed mine to the * key.)
Is Xfire still
really bad for taking screenshots?

I was actually kidding about that part, the part that I actually don't like is the response time. I find Xfire takes too long to respond when I ask it to take a screenshot, even a full second can make you miss something ingame. I have always found Fraps to have better response time, pretty instantaneous. In the end it's personal preference, Fraps performs better so I use it instead. If people like to use Xfire instead that's just fine with me. I really don't care. Plus I don't like having to deal with the upload menu, I take so many screenshots and I'm playing so many different sessions a day, that it get's very annoying. On the downside Fraps has no audio warning to let you know it took the picture. Not that you have to worry if it took the picture or not, it's never failed me. Xfire has failed me, many times.

Heh, that never happens to me. All I lose is about a tenth of a second, maybe less.
