Unit moving around in freecam
Just wondering...is there any way to make it to where you can't move your unit while using the Free Camera, or maybe have the freecam be immobile while you move around, or vice versa?

I believe he means while the rest of the game is going on. In answer to that, I'm not sure.

Go into multiplayer.
Create a LAN server or a passworded internet server so that no one else joins. It's like a single player game, but in your own personal multiplayer server. That way, when you pause the game to go into freecam, the game keeps going, but your unit doesn't move, even if you use freecam.

No, there's no way to move your unit and have the freecam be still. You'd have to have two computers to do that. One as the camera the other as the unit.

Re: Unit moving around in freecam
I suppose you could just keep on slowing down the speed of the camera using the "-" key, so the camera stays still. But that wouldn't stop it rotating when you want the unit to look around.

If you're trying to record, just clear the HUD and run around.

This is what I would do.
Spawn as a stormtrooper, run into a space that gets you stuck and cannot move no further... then activate free cam : D
and other than that I dunno sorry.

You can also use the FakeConsole to slow all the units down. Probability not the effect you're looking for...
