I would just upload it to Filefront as a .tga (archived if you want) and provide a download link. Or use a different image hosting site that allows .png format.

Still not an Imperial Snow Trooper, and I didn't use plain white as for the Republic Snow Troopers, I think my skin blends better...

I wasn't sure about quality loss from TGA to JPG, besides, the zip has them already named with a normal character count to just hex-edit them on your models.
