You read my mind =0. I was thinking that it needed more detail too.

Try using a program like GIMP 2 to select an area and then change the color, do this rather than using a paintbrush (this gives more of a natural, blended look)

Great skin, but his face is stretched too wide. His eyes are out to far and the mouth is really long. If you fix that you'll have a winner on your hands.

Funnily enough -Iceman-, this is the Glamour Skins thread, where people post their custom skins.
@Pereza0: If you learn to spell then I'll put that MagnaGuard skin in game for you, as it looks pretty nice, but generally I don't get on well with people who bring their MSN/noob talk to forums.
zaborack, did you really think those were worth posting? No offense, but they look like an experiment gone wrong, LOL.

do you think its worth posting it yet? i mean, it can be done with paint actually, can't it? You destroyed all the lighting, details and damage and replaced it with plain colors. And although you only made it for fun, i guess it took you 5 min or less

as i said: i didnt really care about the battle damage and all...
and it actually took me 7 minutes and more.
oh and is it too hard to read the line "please dont critisize it"?
and what do you mean by "it can be done with paint, cant it"? i DID use paint for this, so how do you mean i should insert lightning and scratches

@ Zaborack - I know you said "I don't care about the battledamage/texture", but I'm gonna say that I like the idea a lot, but if you added all that texture, etc. It'd be sick!

And, instead of creating skins that nobody is very "fond" of, why not download GIMP or something like that. It's a lot better than paint

I use Corel Photo-Paint, and it works fine
