That's the debugger utility. It won't be green in the actual game.

Here's your cake! (I hope the image doesn't break. At one point on another forums I had another picture and then the hot linking on that site got disabled and replaced the image with something inappropriate and I almost got banned. It made me cautious when linking images from different sites.)
