i can run the server and everthing
and the window opens saying: and on the status tab it says its running fine

but i can't see it in the Join list wonder if im doing something wrong
any help obliged

last time i went on swbf2 i saw my server and played in it but after I left It stayed for a while then vanished

You shouldn't go around saying things you don't know. I play in my Dedi's all the time, it's quite possible.

1) Check that you're not runnign a LAN server by accident.
2) Make sure yor server list isn't filtered. I usually have it set so that it only shows serverswith one person in them, so I have trouble finding my own servers, too, until I realize this.
3) Try setting your online options to "Search all regions"

If that doesn't work, I dunno what will.

really i was positive one couldnt join his own dedicated server i though i read it in the bfII guide
