Is it possible to change where the laser comes from?

If we ever managed to do this, we could change the viewpoint with the camerasection lines so it would look natural couldn't we?

Yes. I already have a new camera angle in my TCW mod, like how it was in SWBF3. So it could be done pretty easily.
