How can I make a grenade explode quicker?

Do you mean the effect, or do you want it to explode like 2 seconds after leaving your hand?

Stock grenades explode just as they stop moving, so I think the only way to make them explode quicker is to make them travel slower.
But I'm pretty sure you don't want that, so I dunno of any other way to do it

There has to be a way because i know an old map in which the grenades explode very quick....

Fiddle around with the LifeSpan property. Grenades work by using their expiration explosion as the actual damaging component, so if you adjust when the ordnance expires you can adjust when it detonates. Note that this still probably won't detonate them midair.

You might be able to make a timbbomb timer on it, so that as soon as you throw it the timer starts.

Timebombs are a different type of ordnance, and they still use lifespan as their timer, just like I said.
